Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors meet on the 1st Wednesday of every month in the Recreation Hall Annex at 13333 Middleton Avenue, Boulder Creek. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted. Residents are encouraged to attend our monthly meetings.

Matters to be presented at Board meetings are listed in an agenda prepared, in advance, by the Secretary of the Board. To place an item on the agenda, please submit a written request to the Secretary of the Board by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday one week prior to the meeting.

Public Comments at Meetings

If you wish to speak on an item under discussion by the Board of Directors which appears on this Agenda, you may do so upon receiving recognition from the Chairman of the Board. Please state your name and whether you are speaking as an individual, or for an organization, in which case, please state the named of the organization.

Any citizen desiring to speak on a matter not appearing on this Agenda may do so during Public Comments. The Board Chair will request remarks from the audience. Those comments, by State Law, are limited to items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board of Directors. Please be aware that the law prohibits the Board from discussing or taking action on items that are not on the Agenda except for very limited situations.

Time Limits

In order to provide an opportunity for all members of the public to address the Board the Board of Directors have established a time allocation of three minutes for each individual speaker and 30 minutes total time for public testimony on a particular item.
