Boulder Creek Recreation and Parks District takes pride in the staff who are employed with the District. The staff is dedicated to making your experience with BCRPD the very best. We strive to hire the dedicated, hard-working person with a friendly smile who enjoys working in a casual, fun atmosphere.
Multiple opportunities for employment exist within the District dependent upon the season. If you are especially interested in working for the District during our summer season either at our pool program, parks, or providing quality classes, we start the hiring process as early as possible.
All applicants, contract employees, and interns offered a position with Boulder Creek Recreation and Parks District must consent to a background check and finger-printing as a condition of employment. Dependent upon the position, medical and drug testing, validation of driver’s license and motor vehicle record and further background checks involving finger-printing and sexual abuse/neglect registry checks with the State of California will be required.

For applicants applying for specific non-seasonal positions listed will be contacted by either the administrative or programs manager, usually within three (3) weeks of the position closing date via telephone or mail as to the status of your application.
