BCRPD Facilities
The BCRPD facilities offer a wonderful, affordable place to have parties, classes or meetings in a convenient location!
There is a one-hour minimum rental charge fee. Rent will only be charged in half hour increments. Please factor in time to set up and breakdown your activity when you reserve and rent the facility (may require an additional 30 minutes rental for cleaning). Community Service Groups
Non-profit community group organizations may receive a discount of 75%-100% provided they agree to commit to volunteer at least one of BCRPD’s sponsored community events. These agreements must be approved and negotiated through District Manager.
- Reservations are made on the basis of availability and with the understanding that the BCRPD reserves that right to cancel with a full refund or to make other arrangements.
- Building can only be rented until 10:00 pm. Any amplified music must end by that time. Parks are open from sunrise to sunset.
- Every person renting the facility must complete a rental agreement. Agreements must be signed by an adult. Fees must be paid before use of building or facility.
- Liability insurance holding BCRPD harmless may be required.
- Smoking is prohibited inside and around the building.
- Please do not park in front of the Recreation Hall, street parking only.
- Room capacity for annex: 37 (in chairs), 78 (standing)
- Room capacity for gym: 164 (in chairs), 351 (standing)
- Common use areas: playgrounds, bathrooms, Junction Park, BCE tennis courts, BC Dam.
- Deposits or a portion of deposit will not be refunded if:
- There is damage to facility
- Alcohol is found at event
- BCRPD Facility Rules were not followed
- Facility is not cleaned
Rules and Regulations
Due to Santa Cruz County ordinances and liability issues, the following items and activities are prohibited at Boulder Creek Recreation and Parks District facilities: No Alcohol, Dogs, or Glass Containers are allowed at our Parks.
Music must be monitored and all loud music must end by 10pm. |
