Renting BCRPD Facilities

Facilities are rented at an hourly rate only. A one-hour minimum rental is required with one-quarter hour increments at basic hourly rate. Day rental (8 hour minium will receive a 25% discount off total. Registration to rent the facilities will be on a first come first served basis.

Pavilion

The cost is $30 per hour with a two hour minimum fee. There's a $50 key deposit.

Annex

Cost is $15.00 per hour. There is also a $50 key deposit.

Junction Park

Currently there is no charge.

Garrahan Park

The entire Garrahan park is available for $10.00 per hour.

Pavilion and Annex

Both Pavilion and Annex may be rented at a cost of $45 per hour. There's a $50 key deposit.

Extra Equipment

The sound closet with PA is available at an extra rate of $3 per hour. Microphones and portable equipment is also available at $3 per hour. Tables, chairs and sports equipment are at no charge.

Community Service Groups

Community groups receive a 75% discount for rental of District Facilities.

Seniors (55+)

Seniors receive a 10% discount for rental of District Facilities.

Deposits

Key/Cleaning/Damage/Missing Equipment deposit is $50.

Rules and Regulations

Due to Santa Cruz County ordinances and liability issues, the following items and activities are prohibited at Boulder Creek Recreation and Parks District facilities: No Alcohol, Dogs, or Glass Containers are allowed at our Parks. Music must be monitored and all loud music must end by 10pm.
