HIT STRENGTH TRAINING

HIT (high intensity training) is designed to be brief, infrequent, and intense. One 30 minuet HIT session once a week and use the rest of the week to recover.
FULL BODY RESISTANCE CLASS
Locations: Bear Creek Facility Full Body Resistance Band Workout: This will be a weekly strength training class done in Time Under Load (TUL), focusing on performing each exercise safely and slowly, with no momentum or jerky movements. The purpose of each exercise is to bring our bodies close to muscular fatigue so that our bodies will have reason to build more muscle fiber during the 1 week recover period. Strength and cardiovascular fitness will improve weekly.

Join in this fun! Indoor soccer at BC Recreation this is a community organized group that uses the facility for weekly skills and drills and indoor soccer play.
TAI CHI AT BEAR CREEK
Linda Gobets is teaching a 6 week series of Qigong and Tai chi.

Joan Donato has been teaching yoga for over 17 yrs. She believes in the practice of breathing movement, and creates a relaxing class that rejuvenates you for the week.
