Seeking new DJ's! Come be a part of a really fun group of folks in our downtown studio in Boulder Creek. Some of our DJ's are from SC, Aptos, Watsonville so you don't have to live in the San Lorenzo Valley-but it helps! We are seeking many positions to fill out our schedule with folks to conduct music or talk shows of all kinds with traffic and weather. We are seeking a News Announcer for Monday and Wednesday 12:30-1:00pm, Check out our website at www.kbcz.org. No radio/audio experience necessary, computer skills are required.

Chair yoga is exactly what it sounds like—yoga poses modified for a seated position. They originated as support for anyone who has limited mobility for any reason, anyone can practice yoga in a chair to stretch stiff muscles and fascia, experience relief from aches and pains, regain proper posture, help improve blood flow, and draw awareness to the breath in order to regain a sense of calm.
