Some of our DJ's are from SC, Aptos, Watsonville so you don't have to live in the San Lorenzo Valley-but it helps! We are seeking many positions to fill out our schedule with folks to conduct music or talk shows of all kinds with traffic and weather. RUN/JOG TRAINING PROGRAM
Tuesdays 9-10am (12weeks) Sept. 10-Dec. 3rd

Cost: $45 for 3 months (includes registration fee for Reindeer Run on 12/24)
Whether you are brand new to running or are trying to get back into it again after a long break, this program is for you. All levels welcome!
Structured workouts will include: warm up, run/jog with time and distance increasing slowly over the 12 week course, cool down, discussions about all topics related to creating a healthy running habit, race prep & snacks.

Pamela Neimeth is a retired Somatic Therapist , Wellness Coach And College Professor with a long standing interest in nutrition, exercise, health and wellness. She has been a runner for over 35 years and has completed over 20 marathons.

Thriller Dance
Be part of the Boulder Creek flash mob this year, on Halloween.
Practices to learn the Thriller dance will be held on Tuesday's from 5pm-5:30pm at the downtown Rec Center.
First practice is October 8th.

Performance of the thriller dance is at 6pm at the downtown Rec Center. Possible second performance in town TBD.
