Pool Host Position
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule:

Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Saturday: 1:45 PM – 6:15 PM

Sunday: 1:45 PM – 6:15 PM
Responsibilities:

Keep the pool deck area clean and safe
-
Greet guests and create a welcoming environment

Perform light bathroom cleaning

Assist with rental check-ins when needed

Provide basic administrative support

Skip pool and check traps as required

Lead Youth Instructor – Youth Programs
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Youth Instructor to join our team and help guide our youth programs year-round. This is a leadership role ideal for someone passionate about working with children, building strong teams, and creating engaging program experiences.
Position Overview:
The Lead Youth Instructor will oversee youth programming, serving as a camp counselor during the summer and a teacher during the fall–spring season. This role includes mentoring fellow instructors, supporting program development, and working closely with the Program Director to ensure high-quality, impactful programming.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and instruct youth programs in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment

Supervise and mentor a team of instructors and counselors
-
Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing program curriculum and activities
-
Collaborate with the Program Director on program development and improvements
-
Support special events and fundraising initiatives as needed
-
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere for all participants
Qualifications:
-
Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework required (minimum 12 credits)
-
Experience leading teams and working with children in a structured setting
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Professional, dependable, and motivated
-
Positive attitude with the ability to encourage and inspire youth
-
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Schedule & Compensation:

Monday–Friday schedule
-
Occasional evenings/weekends for events and fundraising activities
-
Pay range: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Up to 4 days per week. Monday-Friday 10am-2pm
Downtown & Bear Creek offices
$16-$17 per hour depending on experience.
