Gym/stage/large playground - $40 per hr + 1 time trash removal fee of $50
Classroom/kitchen/small playground $40 per hr + 1 time trash removal fee of $50
Entire downtown facility $75 per hr + 1 time time trash removal fee of $60

Bounce House available to add to any rental at this location. Inside the gym only $150 flat rate

Bear Creek Community Center:
Clubhouse/kitchen/picnic area (min. 4 hrs) - $85 per hr + 1 time trash removal fee of $60

Bear Creek Picnic Area / 6 tables  - $40 per hr + time trash removal fee $30
Sunday Private Pool Party 10:30-2pm  - $350 + 1 time trash removal fee $50
Saturday Private Pool Rental 6-9:30pm (pool 6-9pm) - $400 + 1 time trash removal fee  $60
Pool Party During Open Swim (under 25 guests) Sat/Sun - $200 1 time trash removal fee $50
