The Full Story

We’re excited to invite you to our Community Scavenger Hunt, a month-long adventure designed for all ages—kids, parents, grandparents, neighbors, and friends. This hunt is all about creativity, exploration, and community connection.

 How It Works

• You’ll be given a list of 15 items to find around the community.

• As you find each item, show us your discovery by:

  •  Taking a photo

  •  Drawing it

  •  Writing about it

• You can submit your entries digitally or in person—your choice.​

 How You Score Points

• Creativity counts! Points are awarded based on:

  • How creatively items are displayed or presented

  • How many items you find

• Bonus points if you find more than one version of an item.

• Teams are encouraged—work together, collaborate, and have fun.​

 Who Can Participate?

Everyone- Groups or families- even mascots groups of 2-10 

Families young and old, solo participants, friend

groups—come one, come all.

 The Prize

Prizes: The Grand Prize is a private pool party at the Bear Creek Facility for the team with the most points! There are also Special Awards for the Most Creative Answers, First Team to Finish, Silliest Answers, Best Pictures, Most Dedicated, and possibly more.

 How & When to Submit

​

All entries must be received by:
April 30th at 5:00 PM

You can submit in one of three ways:

•  Email your entry digitally

•  Drop it in the drop-off box at BC Rec (Downtown)

•  Drop it in the drop-off box at Bear Creek Community Center

​

Late entries won’t be able to be included, so plan ahead
